Refund policy

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, or if the product was damaged, defective, or soiled during delivery, we will take responsibility and exchange it.

Only in the case of "defective products or product errors by our company." Regarding cancellations, due to the nature of the product (it is a made-to-order product), we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been made.

If you contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will refund your money.

Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product, then return the product to us cash on delivery. We will then process your refund.
