It varies depending on the product you order, but we do not provide services such as refinishing (polishing, cleaning), ring resizing, thread replacement (reweaving, inspection), or repairs for the purchased product. Deadline: Free (*some fees may apply).

■New finish (cleaning)...Can be delivered on the same day. It usually takes about 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how dirty your ring or necklace is and how crowded it is.
■Resizing‥‥It will be delivered to you within about 1 to 2 weeks after we receive your order. When Hojudo is closed for long periods of time (summer/winter), delivery may take an additional week.

After-sales care for products such as rings purchased from Hojudo can also be provided by mail. (In the case of resizing, it would be better to come directly to the store and measure the size, but if it is difficult to come to the store, we can also have the size resized by mail.) Once your order has arrived, our representative will contact you regarding the delivery date and other details.
