Reservations are given priority. If you make a reservation as much as possible, we will be able to guide and provide consultations smoothly.

Depending on the product you order, we will provide free, unlimited service (some fees may apply) for new finishes (polishing, cleaning), ring resizing, pearl necklace rethreading (re-braiding, inspection), and repairs for your purchased items.

■New finish (cleaning)...You can have your ring or necklace returned to you on the same day. It usually takes about 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the degree of dirt on your ring or necklace and the busy schedule.
■Resizing: We can return your item to you in approximately one to two weeks after receiving it. If this occurs during Hojudo's long holidays (summer or winter), it may take an additional week or so to complete the resizing.

We also provide after-sales service for rings and other products purchased from Hojudo by mail. (For resizing, it is best to come to the store in person to have your size measured, but if visiting the store is difficult, we also accept resizing by mail.)
Once your package arrives at Houjudo, our staff will contact you to inform you of the delivery date, etc.

■Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.When we return the product to you, we will send it cash on delivery.
*If you have a Hojudo point card and have points that are more than the cost of Yamato Transport's shipping fee, you can use the points to cover the return shipping fee, so please include them in your package.
*If you cannot find or lose your point card, you will not be able to use your points.

Of course. With the exception of some special products, almost all loose diamonds come with a certificate. In addition to diamonds with domestic certificates, we also have a wide selection of diamonds with GIA certificates, the most trusted in the world, the same as those used by top international brands (such as Cartier).

Hojudo has always set prices as affordable as possible until the last minute, so we do not offer any special benefits to customers who purchase a set. If your wedding is approaching, it is best to purchase them together, but if you have some time until the wedding, we recommend purchasing your wedding rings separately 2-3 months before the ceremony.

Our expert advisors will give you advice based on your image and comfort, and we can provide you with an estimate right there and then. You can also check the three-dimensional appearance of the prototype (wax mold) before it is finished in the base metal (platinum, 18K gold, etc.).

■If you take the product home on the day of purchase...you will be charged the full price of the product.
■For special orders or expensive items such as engagement rings or wedding rings, if you pay by cash, we will take 10% of the product price as a deposit and collect the product price at the time of delivery. If you pay by credit card, we require the full amount to be paid in advance.

In addition to cash, you can pay by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or QR code payment. In addition, shopping loans can be used for up to 24 installments with no interest or fees (*Contract with a loan company and screening are required).

It depends on the product you order, but if the size is suitable and we have it in stock, you can take it home on the same day. For made-to-order products such as bridal rings, the delivery time is approximately 5 weeks from the time of order (if you are in a hurry, some designs can be delivered in about 5 days). Also, for fully custom-made products that are made from a design drawing, the delivery time will be approximately 2 months.

Of course. We will ship your item as a valuable item via Yamato Transport's courier service. You can specify a delivery time, and insurance is available during shipping. *Items can only be shipped within Japan.
